SUP YOGA EXCURSION

Ditch the stuffy studio and let the board be your yoga mat as you enjoy yoga while basking in the sunlight or sunset.  This class will shine a whole new light on what you expect in a yoga class.  Perfect for small groups, bachelorette parties and vacation/ group outings.  Each lesson is approximately 1.5-2 hours of balance and flow outdoors in nature and ends with a blissful relaxation on your board with the option to free paddle after.

RATES / CLASS TIMES

Classes are designed for all levels of yogis and paddlers with minimal experience recommended.  Approximately 2 hours long.  Minimum of 5 people to book a SUP Yoga lesson.  $60 per person includes all equipment and instruction.
